6 of My Favorite Upcycle Fails

I will be the first to tell you that I am not nor have I ever been “crafty” at all. In fact, I’ve had more upcycle fails than I can count.

However, when we visit flea markets and craft fairs, we have both said so many times “Hey, we can make something out of that!!” Carson has always been an excellent builder and craftsman and I am slowly getting there. I also love the thought of repurposing an item to keep it out of the landfill and give it a different use.  🙂

But we have definitely had some craft and repurpose failures!!!

So I wanted to dedicate this blog to just a few of the upcycle fails that I have found on the web just so we (and you) can feel better about yourselves. 😉

Yep, this would definitely be how this would turn out for me!

 

I’m all for turning trash into treasure but I’m not sure that this would be considered a treasure.

The next one really makes me laugh because it was definitely something that I would do myself. A little of this….a little of that…

Not much to say about this next one!

 

I think this one is so bad that it definitely has to be included in this roundup. A lady decided to take it upon herself to renovate this priceless painting worth millions!

Now that is one thirsty person to find this many bottles to use 👇

 

I’m not saying all these are total failures, at least most of them served their purpose!!
